K=1.0 W/mK～8.0 W/mK。良好的導熱性能，容易施工，高穩定性，不幹硬化，室溫下可保存18個月。産品應用: CPU、IC晶片和散熱片之間接觸面,如：NB、DT、游戲機高功率IC及散熱糢組等設備中；功率放大管和散熱片之間接觸面：如電視機、DVD和功放管及小家電、微波通訊設備、變頻器等需要傳熱部位的表面塗覆或整體灌封；各種電子IC、電氣設備中發熱體與散熱介面間的縫隙填充
